Bring Respect Back to Cook Skatepark:
When the skate park was first built the users took great pride in having one of the best skate parks in Iowa. They kept it clean and policed themselves to show respect for the facility. This clinic is an opportunity to bring back respect and pride for the skate park.
The Clinic:
The clinic will consist of 2 categories - Beginner and Intermediate. There will be instructors on hand to teach beginner and intermediate skateboarders the fundamentals and techniques to improve their current skateboarding abilities. We encourage parents to join in and offer assistance in this program if they wish. We hope to make this a successful clinic and look forward to more clinics to offer a safe place for the youth of Siouxland to expand their skills during the winter months.
